WHAT DOES THIS NEW THEME SYSTEM OFFER?

The theme architecture for Tebex webstores has evolved. Newly created stores can no longer install traditional themes because they operate on the new Webstore Builder instead of the Legacy Webstore framework. We are launching early beta access for store owners who want to run our themes natively on the new builder with an elevated, future-ready storefront experience.

HOW DOES IT DIFFER FROM EXISTING THEMES?

If your store was recently created, legacy themes are incompatible with Tebex's new Webstore Builder system. Our storefront themes are built from the ground up to integrate directly with Tebex's modern infrastructure. They will launch first in private beta and then publicly, delivering higher performance, modular flexibility, and advanced features.

IS THE SETUP COMPLICATED?

Not at all. You won't have to deal with complicated technical setups or confusing steps. We handle the heavy lifting and deliver pre-packaged themes engineered to work right out of the box with your Tebex store, supported by straightforward step-by-step instructions.

Go to your Tebex Dashboard and open the Storefront panel. If you see “Legacy Webstore” in one of the boxes, you can purchase and install the theme.
However, if you see “Webstore Builder”, you cannot install custom themes.
If you click “Open Editor” under Legacy Webstore, the Appearance panel will appear, where you can customize your theme.
