# Terms of Service – Sirea & Tebex Themes

・1. Scope

I develop and support Tebex themes. All tickets, sales, and related matters are handled directly by me. My goal is to ensure users have a smooth experience and to provide support for theme-related issues whenever possible.

・2. Communication

Please do not repeatedly tag me. I will respond to tickets and messages as soon as I am available.

Do not request features from other themes. Each theme has its own structure and set of features. If you need a specific feature, please purchase the theme that already includes it.

Adding or removing features, as well as custom requests, are strictly not accepted.

・3. Updates

Updates may include necessary interface adjustments, bug fixes, and new features when appropriate.

・4. Support Usage

I’m always happy to help my customers. However, misuse of the support system may lead to longer response times or certain restrictions. These terms exist to set clear expectations and keep the support process running smoothly.

・5. Theme Structure and Usage

This applies to all of my themes:

Changing the core structure of the theme, making modifications that break the theme’s identity, or altering the design to the point where it becomes unrecognizable is not permitted. These products are provided as templates and must be used in line with the original design structure.

・6. Agreement

By purchasing my themes or requesting support, you agree to these terms.

Terms may be updated or changed at any time. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that these terms have been read.

Refunds are not available for all products. However, if your return request is based on a valid reason, we will provide the best possible support and find a suitable solution. Otherwise, returns cannot be accepted.
